Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage calendars for executives and teams, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and records management to ensure accessibility and compliance.
- Answer and route phone calls and emails; handle inquiries with professionalism and tact.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items to ensure follow-through.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory; coordinate vendor relationships and invoices.
- Support onboarding of new hires and internal events; assist with travel arrangements as needed.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and basic bookkeeping tasks for the office.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years experience in office administration or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and confidentiality.
- Customer service oriented with a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or expense reporting is a plus.
