As an Office Administrator, you will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, oversee document management, assist with basic HR and accounting tasks, and serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Responsibility
- Manage and organize calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external communications.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, event logistics, and office facilities management.
- Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and digital, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Assist finance with expense reporting, invoicing support, and purchase order tracking.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members; answer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes and employee records administration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and administrative workflows.
Qualification
- 2+ years of proven experience in office administration or executive support.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace; experience with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, professional phone manner, and customer service focus.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle logistics with minimal supervision.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and proactive problem-solving approach.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
