Responsibility
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional organization.
- Coordinate scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events for executives and staff.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and confidential files.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors.
- Manage office supply inventory and order necessary materials.
- Handle correspondence, including mail, emails, and internal communications.
- Support HR and accounting functions with documentation and reporting as needed.

Qualification
- 2+ years proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
