Responsibility
- Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and manage the front desk with professionalism.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and arrange travel itineraries when needed.
- Manage documents, filing, and data entry in CRM and internal systems.
- Prepare correspondence, draft reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and office supply management.
- Support onboarding for new hires and coordinate internal communications.
- Assist with project coordination and cross-functional administrative tasks.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of office administration or related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and general software literacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail, problem solving, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Customer service mindset with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
