Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting materials.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries with attention to detail.
- Greet visitors, answer and route inquiries, and provide outstanding front-desk support.
- Prepare and organize documents, maintain digital and physical filing systems, and ensure data accuracy.
- Support procurement, manage office supplies, vendor relations, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires and assist with HR-related administrative tasks.
- Assist with special projects, data entry, and cross-departmental communication to keep operations aligned.
Qualification
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience in a professional environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; comfort with cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Effective written and verbal communication, professional demeanor, and customer-service mindset.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and document management.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
