As part of our administrative group, you will handle mail distribution, file management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense processing, and internal communications.
Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Respond to inquiries from staff, clients, and vendors in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule and organize meetings, agendas, and minutes; manage calendars for leaders
- Prepare and file documents, maintain records, and oversee document control
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires
- Assist with facilities tasks and supply inventory management
Qualification
- 2+ years of office administration or executive support experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with calendar management tools
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Customer service orientation with a collaborative mindset
