Responsibility

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare agendas, take notes, and distribute action items from team meetings.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process invoices, vendor payments, and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation and system access provisioning.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams with a professional, responsive demeanor.
  • Coordinate office logistics, supplies, facility needs, and equipment maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Assist with basic reporting and data entry in CRM/ERP systems and produce routine operational updates.

Qualification

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration or a related support role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, professionalism, and tact.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Experience with onboarding, payroll or invoicing is a plus, but not required.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
