Responsibility
- Support daily sales operations for both offline retail stores and online e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with the sales, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and stock availability.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns across offline and online channels.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for management review.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly across all sales channels.
- Maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
- Contribute to process improvements to maximize sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities in both offline and online spaces.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience (minimum 1 year) in retail, e-commerce, or sales operations.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel sales strategies and processes.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Shopify, etc.).
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
