Job description
Join NovaCommerce Solutions as an Online Store Manager and own the end-to-end operation of our digital storefronts. You will drive revenue, optimize the customer journey, and coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain to scale a multi-brand ecommerce portfolio on Shopify and WooCommerce.
In this role you will blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, turning data into action and delivering measurable improvements in conversions, average order value, and fulfillment efficiency.

Responsibility
- Own end-to-end store operations including budget, KPIs, and P&L for our online channels.
- Manage product catalog, pricing, promotions, and onboarding of new SKUs across multiple brands.
- Oversee order processing, shipping, returns, and vendor relationships to ensure a superior fulfillment experience.
- Analyze performance with GA4, Shopify/WooCommerce analytics, and dashboard tools; translate data into action.
- Lead conversion rate optimization initiatives including checkout optimization, UX improvements, and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with Marketing to plan campaigns, merchandising, SEO alignment, and email commerce initiatives.
- Implement and optimize integrations and automation for inventory, ERP, CRM, and notification systems.
- Provide monthly performance reporting to leadership and drive continuous improvement.
Qualification
- 3 plus years of experience in online store management or ecommerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and/or WooCommerce; proficient in product and catalog management.
- Strong analytics and data-driven mindset; proficient in GA4, Excel or Sheets, and dashboards.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with inventory control, fulfillment, and returns processes.
- Knowledge of digital marketing basics including SEO, email marketing, and paid channels.
- Bachelor degree in business, marketing, ecommerce, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly, collaborative environment.
