Join NovaCommerce Labs as an Online Store Manager and drive the growth of our flagship ecommerce brand. You will own merchandising, catalog integrity, inventory health, order fulfillment, and cross-channel performance to deliver a seamless shopping experience.
We’re seeking a data-driven operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and partners with marketing, product, and logistics to optimize conversion, average order value, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibility
- Own end-to-end online store operations, including product onboarding, catalog management, pricing, promotions, and merchandising across web, mobile, and marketplaces.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics such as conversion rate, AOV, CAC, CLV, inventory turnover, and shipping performance.
- Coordinate with inventory, fulfillment, and customer service to maintain high fill rate and on-time delivery.
- Lead seasonal launches, promotional campaigns, and content updates; align with marketing on assets and copy.
- Implement SEO and on-site search optimization; manage product taxonomy, tagging, and metadata for discoverability.
- Analyze performance data, generate actionable dashboards, and present insights to stakeholders.
- Define process improvements, standard operating procedures, and SOPs to scale operations as the business grows.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in online store management, ecommerce operations, or marketplace management.
- Proficiency with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms; strong product and catalog management skills.
- Strong data analysis skills; proficient in Excel/Sheets, and data visualization.
- Experience with inventory planning, order fulfillment, shipping/carrier management, and returns workflows.
- SEO, CRO knowledge and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication; bias for action and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
