At NovaCart Solutions, we build and scale high-performing online storefronts for brands that demand excellence. We’re seeking an Online Store Manager to own end-to-end store performance across multiple channels, aligning product strategy, pricing, and merchandising with marketing and customer insights to drive revenue and profitability.
You’ll partner with product, marketing, operations and analytics teams to optimize product listings, catalog structure, inventory levels, order flows, and conversion rate across Shopify, WooCommerce, and marketplaces. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-growing ecommerce environment with opportunities for career progression and remote-friendly policies.
Responsibility
- Own the P&L for assigned stores, driving revenue growth and profitability through data-driven decisions.
- Lead product listing optimization, catalog management, pricing testing, and merchandising strategies to maximize conversion.
- Manage inventory planning, supplier relationships, and fulfillment processes to minimize stockouts and overstock.
- Collaborate with marketing to implement campaigns, landing pages, and content that improve CAC/ROI.
- Monitor and analyze store analytics (GA4, Shopify analytics, dashboards) to identify opportunities and report results to stakeholders.
- Oversee multi-channel integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay) and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
- Define and enforce processes for merchandising, testing, and quality assurance to maintain a premium shopping experience.
- Lead a small cross-functional team of specialists and coordinate with external agency partners as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of ecommerce or online store management experience, preferably across multiple platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
- Proven track record optimizing product listings, pricing, and conversion metrics with data-driven approaches.
- Strong understanding of inventory planning, vendor management, and order fulfillment workflows.
- Expertise in analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Looker) and ecommerce dashboards; proficient in Excel/Sheets and SQL basics.
- Experience with digital marketing channels and CRO tactics; ability to collaborate with marketing and creative teams.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
