Job description
Join a fast-growing e-commerce team as an Online Store Manager based in Austin, TX. You will own end-to-end store operations, optimize product listings, manage inventory, and drive revenue growth across multiple platforms.
In this role you will:
- Oversee day-to-day operations for our online stores across Shopify, WooCommerce, and marketplaces.
- Develop and execute merchandising plans to maximize conversion and average order value.
- Monitor and optimize product listings, pricing, SEO, and content to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
- Manage inventory, fulfillment, returns, and supplier relationships to ensure timely stock and accuracy.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and analytics teams to implement promotional campaigns and seasonality plans.
- Analyze store performance metrics, prepare reports, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Own customer experience initiatives, including onboarding, post-purchase support, and loyalty programs.

Responsibility
- Own day-to-day management of online stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, marketplaces).
- Optimize product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing to boost conversions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stockouts and overstock.
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies for seasonal campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to drive traffic and revenue.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare actionable reports for leadership.
- Streamline order fulfillment, returns, and customer service processes for a premium experience.
Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in online store management or e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and/or WooCommerce; familiarity with marketplaces (Amazon, eBay) is a plus.
- Strong product optimization and merchandising skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Solid understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with inventory planning, forecasting, and supplier relationships.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for optimizing the end-to-end shopping experience.
