NovaCommerce Solutions is seeking a highly organized Online Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our growing e-commerce portfolio. This role blends merchandising, product data management, and cross-functional coordination to maximize conversions and deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels.
As a cornerstone of our commerce team, you will drive catalog quality, pricing, promotions, inventory accuracy, and smooth order fulfillment, while leveraging automation and analytics to continuously optimize performance. Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations for multi-channel online stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and others), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Own product data management, catalog enhancements, pricing strategies, promotions, and merchandising to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate inventory, supplier relations, and fulfillment to maintain optimal stock levels and timely shipping.
- Manage order processing, refunds, returns, and customer support to meet service level targets.
- Implement automation, workflows, and analytics dashboards to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and tech teams on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and UX improvements.
- Monitor key metrics, run A/B tests, and present actionable insights to leadership.
Qualification
- 3+ years in online store management or e-commerce operations, with a track record of driving results.
- Proficiency with Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or Magento and strong product data skills.
- Solid understanding of inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping integrations, and tax considerations.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (GA4/Adobe Analytics), Excel/Sheets, and basic SQL.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment and to adapt to changing priorities.
