Job description

Join Lumina Digital as an Online Store Manager and lead our multi-channel e-commerce operations. This role blends merchandising, operations, analytics, and vendor collaboration to deliver exceptional customer experiences and sustainable growth.

Based in Los Angeles, this position offers hybrid flexibility with a strong emphasis on high-impact initiatives, data-driven decision making, and scalable processes.

Key focus areas include catalog management, pricing optimization, order fulfillment, returns, and performance reporting across Shopify and other marketplaces. You will partner with marketing, operations, and customer care to ensure seamless experiences from discovery to post-purchase support.

Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end online store operations across platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, and marketplaces) to ensure accurate order processing and on-time fulfillment.
  • Lead merchandising strategy, including product onboarding, catalog accuracy, pricing, promotions, and visual storytelling to maximize AOV and conversion.
  • Partner with marketing, supply chain, and customer care to implement campaigns, promotions, and CX improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics (traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, cart abandonment) and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Manage vendor relationships, product sourcing, and inventory planning to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Own catalog governance: product attributes, SEO-friendly descriptions, and image optimization for search and conversion.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, automation, and workflows to improve efficiency and scale across channels.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field; or equivalent experience in ecommerce operations.
  • 5+ years of hands-on online store management, preferably across Shopify and marketplaces.
  • Proven track record improving conversion, AOV, and fulfillment efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong data analysis skills with experience in Google Analytics, data visualization, and Excel/SQL basics.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities; comfortable coordinating with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams.
  • Strategic thinker with an eye for detail; able to translate business goals into actionable plans and SOPs.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
