- Oversee order management and fulfillment, monitor shipping performance, returns, and refunds to optimize customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment with suppliers and warehouses to prevent stockouts and overstock.
- Analyze key metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, CLV) and implement data-driven optimizations in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Collaborate with marketing, SEO, and content teams to optimize PDPs, category pages, and promotional landing pages for conversions.
- Ensure brand consistency, quality assurance, and adherence to compliance, privacy, and customer service standards.
Qualification

- 5+ years of hands-on online store management experience with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
- Proven track record of increasing conversion rate, AOV, and CLV through merchandising and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, GA4, and data visualization tools; proficient in Excel or Sheets.
- Operational mindset with cross-functional collaboration experience across merchandising, marketing, logistics, and customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities; self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with a disciplined approach to timelines.
