Join NovaCommerce Solutions as an Online Store Manager and lead our growing e-commerce portfolio across multiple channels. You will own the storefront experience, coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams to optimize performance and profitability.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute the end-to-end store strategy across platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) to drive revenue growth.
- Own product catalog management, pricing strategy, promotions, and merchandising.
- Collaborate with marketing to implement CRO tests, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Monitor key metrics (AOV, conversion rate, CAC, LTV) and report insights to leadership.
- Coordinate with operations on inventory, fulfillment, returns, and supplier relationships.
- Lead cross-functional squads to launch new features and channels (marketplaces, international expansion).
- Maintain data integrity, implement analytics, and ensure SEO best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in online store management or e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Proven ability to optimize conversion rates and user experience.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
