BrightCart Solutions is seeking an Online Store Manager to own and optimize our premium e-commerce operations. You will lead strategy, merchandising, inventory, and cross-channel execution to drive growth and customer experience across platforms like Shopify and marketplaces. This role blends analytics, operations, and creative problem solving in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute scalable online store strategies across platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, marketplaces) to maximize revenue and margin.
- Own product listings, pricing, merchandising, and promotions to optimize conversion rates and average order value.
- Manage day-to-day store operations including order processing, returns, refunds, and customer experience across channels.
- Monitor performance using GA4, platform analytics, and dashboards; translate data into actionable optimizations.
- Lead inventory planning, supplier coordination, and replenishment to minimize stockouts and overstock.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and customer service to create compelling campaigns and consistent brand experiences.
- Onboard and manage new sales channels (marketplaces, social commerce) while maintaining channel-specific requirements and best practices.
- Ensure compliance, data privacy, and regulatory requirements for cross-border e-commerce.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, store management, or marketplace management.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue, conversions, and ROAS across channels.
- Proficiency with Shopify and/or WooCommerce; strong product listing optimization and on-page SEO.
- Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Shopify Analytics) and basic SQL for reporting.
- Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, time management, and prioritization abilities; customer-obsessed mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
