We are seeking an experienced Online Store Manager to own end-to-end store operations across platforms, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role harmonizes product data, merchandising, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize performance and profitability.
You will own catalog integrity, pricing, promotions, and order lifecycle from checkout to fulfillment, while collaborating with marketing, supply chain, and support teams to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations across Shopify, WooCommerce, and marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and uptime.
- Own product data management including catalog, pricing, variants, and promotions to maximize conversions.
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies and promotional calendars in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Monitor key performance metrics, run data-driven experiments, and implement improvements to increase revenue and reduce churn.
- Coordinate inventory, supplier communications, and fulfillment to maintain optimal stock levels and on-time delivery.
- Lead site optimization efforts focused on UX, performance, SEO basics, and internationalization where applicable.
- Provide timely, empathetic customer support and align processes to deliver premium service and brand consistency.
Qualification
- 3+ years of online store management or ecommerce operations experience.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and or WooCommerce and familiarity with other platforms such as Magento or BigCommerce.
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and dashboards.
- Experience with product data management, catalog structuring, pricing, and promotions.
- Familiarity with SEO basics, site speed, UX principles, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or related field; remote-friendly and self-motivated.
- Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
