Join a fast-growing ecommerce brand as Online Store Manager, shaping store operations, merchandising, and customer experience across channels. You will partner with marketing, logistics, and product teams to drive revenue and delight customers.
Location: Austin, TX with hybrid/remote options for the right candidate.
Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end online store operations across our ecommerce platform, marketplaces, and social channels.
- Own product catalog management, pricing, promotions, and inventory forecasting to maximize profitability.
- Lead order fulfillment, returns, and customer service processes to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute merchandising plans, SEO optimization, and conversion rate improvements.
- Monitor performance metrics (GMV, AOV, ROAS, fulfillment SLA) and report insights to leadership.
- Integrate and manage tools (Shopify/WooCommerce, ERP, POS, shipping carriers) and ensure data accuracy.
- Develop and document scalable processes, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
Qualification
- 3+ years of ecommerce/store operations experience, preferably across multiple channels (Shopify, Amazon, eBay).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with inventory management, fulfillment, and returns workflows.
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and product merchandising best practices.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and vendor management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent project management and process design skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment and manage competing priorities.
