Join NovaGrowth Partners as our Organizational Development Lead, shaping our learning ecosystem and talent strategies across the organization. This is a strategic role partnering with executive leadership to design and scale OD programs that drive engagement, performance, and capability development.

You will partner with leaders across functions to diagnose gaps, design scalable programs, and measure impact to accelerate business outcomes. This role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decision making, and a commitment to building an adaptable organization.

Responsibility

  • Lead the design and execution of organization development strategies, including leadership development, succession planning, coaching, and change management.
  • Partner with executives and HR to diagnose capability gaps using data-driven tools and metrics.
  • Develop and deliver leadership development programs, coaching, and facilitation across the organization.
  • Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives to optimize structure, roles, and processes.
  • Drive culture and engagement initiatives to enable adoption of major change programs.
  • Build governance for OD initiatives, manage budgets, and track ROI with clear KPIs.
  • Consult and coach senior leaders on strategy translation into capability-building programs.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree; advanced degree in organization development, psychology, OD, or related field preferred.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in organization development, talent management, or related area.
  • Proven experience with change management frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci) and organizational design.
  • Strong data analytics skills; proficiency with surveys, dashboards, and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau/Power BI).
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills; adept at communicating with C-suite and stakeholders.
  • Project management and stakeholder management skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities.
