  • Conduct organizational diagnostics through surveys, focus groups, and qualitative interviews; translate findings into actionable interventions.
  • Partner with HR partners and business leaders to develop leadership pipelines, succession plans, and workforce design initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver leadership development, coaching, and facilitation experiences; mentor internal OD practitioners.
  • Lead culture and engagement initiatives to foster inclusive, high-performance environments; track ROI and business impact.
  • Manage OD project portfolio, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships; communicate progress to senior stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of organizational development or change management experience in mid to large-size organizations.
  • Proficiency with change management methodologies (eg, ADKAR, Prosci) and diagnostic tools; demonstrated data-driven approach.

  • Experience in leadership development, succession planning, and organizational design; ability to translate insights into practical programs.
