Join ApexNova Corporation as an Organizational Development Lead in New York. You will design and implement scalable OD strategies that elevate performance, culture, and leadership across the organization. As a trusted advisor to executives and people leaders, you will diagnose organizational capability gaps, define learning and development initiatives, lead large-scale change programs, and measure impact to ensure durable results. Responsibility
- Partner with executives and HR to diagnose organizational capability gaps and design evidence-based OD strategies.
- Lead and manage large-scale change initiatives, including culture transformation, leadership development, and workforce planning.
- Design, implement, and evaluate programs in leadership development, talent management, succession planning, and team effectiveness.
- Facilitate workshops, trainings, and coaching engagements that drive behavior change and sustained performance.
- Develop measurement frameworks (KPIs, survey instruments, ROI analyses) to quantify impact and inform continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align OD initiatives with business strategy and operational goals.
- Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders at all levels and communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Champion inclusive culture and change readiness by embedding OD practices into people operations and business processes.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in organizational development, change management, or HR leadership roles.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale change programs with measurable outcomes.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills; ability to influence without formal authority.
- Experience with data analytics, survey design, and ROI measurement; proficiency with HRIS and analytics tools.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically; comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ACMP, SHRM, ORSC) are a plus.
