At Northpoint Solutions, we are seeking a visionary Organizational Development Lead to partner with executive leadership to shape a high-performance culture. You will design and implement scalable OD programs that accelerate organizational effectiveness, improve leadership capabilities, and foster a learning mindset across functions.
In this role, you will blend strategy, analytics, and hands-on coaching to drive transformational change. You will lead leadership development, change management, and talent systems that align with business strategy and employee experience. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and loves turning data into actionable people solutions.
What you will own includes cross-functional change initiatives, competency framework design, learning and development programs, and measurement of impact through robust metrics. You will collaborate with HR, operations, and product teams to embed OD into the DNA of our organization.
Responsibility
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute the organizational development strategy aligned to business goals.
- Design and implement leadership development, coaching, and succession planning programs.
- Lead change management initiatives, including stakeholder mapping, communication plans, and adoption metrics.
- Develop competency frameworks, career ladders, and performance management processes that support growth.
- Build scalable learning solutions and knowledge-sharing platforms that foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Measure program impact using data analytics and return on investment to drive continuous optimization.
- Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, team design, and organizational structure optimization.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organization Development, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in organizational development, change management, or learning and development.
- Proven track record designing and delivering leadership development, coaching, and culture initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics to drive strategy and ROI.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influence across executive and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with HRIS and learning management systems; proficiency with data analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and train-the-trainer programs with clarity and empathy.
