Job description

Join Northbridge Global, a premier Organizational Development partner, as we design and scale people-focused strategies that propel performance, culture, and leadership across a fast-growing portfolio of clients. This full-time role blends diagnostics, design, and delivery to build adaptive organizations capable of thriving in complex environments.

As the Organizational Development Lead, you will partner with executives and HR leaders to diagnose capabilities gaps, craft actionable interventions, and embed sustainable change through leadership development, coaching, and agile change management.

We seek a data-driven, consultative change agent who brings a track record of driving measurable outcomes, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to translate strategy into practical programs. If you thrive in a high-impact, collaborative environment and want to shape organizational capabilities at scale, we want to hear from you.

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end organizational development initiatives, from diagnostics to implementation and measurement.
  • Design and implement change management programs aligned to business strategy and cultural goals.
  • Facilitate leadership development, coaching, and team effectiveness interventions for senior leaders and high-potential talent.
  • Partner with HR, L&D, and business leaders to map capabilities, assess workforce readiness, and close gaps with targeted programs.
  • Conduct organizational diagnostics using surveys, focus groups, and data analytics to identify root causes and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement communication plans that build buy-in and sustain momentum across stakeholders.
  • Build a scalable OD practice: toolkits, playbooks, dashboards, and governance for ongoing impact.
  • Measure outcomes with clear metrics (engagement, performance, retention, and business results) and continuously iterate.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive OD experience in corporate or consulting environments.
  • Proven expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) and organizational design.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated data-driven approach with experience analyzing surveys, workforce analytics, and operational metrics.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills; ability to translate complex concepts into practical programs.
  • Experience implementing Learning & Development strategies and leadership development pipelines.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI).
