Responsibility

  • Lead organization-wide design and redesign initiatives (org structure, roles, governance) to improve effectiveness and agility.
  • Develop and implement leadership development and succession plans to build a robust pipeline of leaders.
  • Partner with executives to define change strategies and drive adoption through structured change management.
  • Design OD interventions, diagnostic surveys, and feedback loops to measure impact.
  • Facilitate executive workshops, team sessions, and town halls to align stakeholders and foster buy-in.
  • Build scalable programs for talent management, coaching, and performance optimization.
  • Analyze people analytics and program outcomes to continuously refine interventions and report ROI.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 10+ years in organizational development, organizational design, or HR with measurable outcomes.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale change initiatives in complex organizations.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and executive presence with ability to influence at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using surveys, dashboards, and analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) or equivalent experience.
