Join Aurora Global as an Organizational Development Lead and shape how people grow, leaders perform, and organizations adapt in a dynamic market. You will design and scale OD programs across the enterprise, partnering with executive teams to enable strategy execution, culture alignment, and sustainable performance.
In this role, you will use data-driven insights to diagnose organizational needs, develop talent strategies, and drive key initiatives from design through implementation and measurement. This is a high-impact role for a collaborative, analytical, and influential OD professional.
Responsibility
- Lead and design organization development initiatives aligned to strategic priorities, including culture, leadership, succession, and capability development.
- Partner with senior leadership to diagnose organizational health and implement change management plans.
- Develop and deploy leadership development programs, coaching, and mentoring to build a high-performing leadership bench.
- Facilitate workshops and dynamic learning experiences for teams across the organization.
- Use data analytics and feedback mechanisms to measure program impact, ROI, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent, and Business Leaders to align workforce planning with business goals.
- Support talent management, succession planning, and organizational design to optimize structure and performance.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 8+ years in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or HR with proven impact.
- Strong change management expertise; certification such as Prosci a plus.
- Demonstrated experience with learning design, facilitation, and coaching across diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience in survey design, data analysis, and metrics.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills; ability to work across levels and functions.
- Comfort with global teams and a willingness to travel up to 20-25% (as needed).
