Job description

NorthBridge Global is seeking a strategic and results-driven Organizational Development Leader to partner with the executive team and drive enterprise-wide transformation. This is a senior, impact-focused role designed to elevate organizational capability through design, coaching, and data-driven insights.

In this role, you will work across business units to diagnose capability gaps, design scalable programs, and lead the change management initiatives that enable sustainable growth.

Key outcomes include enhanced leadership capability, improved organizational design, stronger talent pipelines, and a culture that sustains high performance.

Responsibility

  • Lead enterprise-wide OD strategy aligning with business goals and helping shape organizational design, capability mapping, and workforce planning.
  • Design and implement leadership development, coaching, and succession planning programs to strengthen bench strength.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives across functions, partnering with leaders to drive adoption and sustainment.
  • Develop organizational design solutions, role clarity, and operating models to optimize performance and agility.
  • Build data-driven OD analytics using surveys, metrics, and dashboards to demonstrate ROI and guide decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR, L&D, and business leaders to embed learning into performance and talent processes.
  • Lead culture and engagement initiatives to improve retention, collaboration, and psychological safety.
  • Oversee OD projects from scoping to execution, ensuring governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or change management.
  • Proven track record designing and scaling leadership development, succession planning, and learning strategies.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills at executive levels.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, LMS, data analytics, and measuring the impact of OD initiatives.
  • Experience with change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills; able to influence across functions.
  • OD certification or related advanced degree is a plus.
