Responsibility
- Design, implement, and evaluate organization-wide development strategies to drive cultural transformation.
- Lead change management initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Develop and facilitate leadership development programs for directors and managers.
- Conduct organizational assessments using advanced OD frameworks and tools.
- Advise executive leadership on workforce planning and talent optimization.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across all departments.
- Monitor and report on OD program effectiveness and ROI.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to HR and business leaders.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years' experience in organizational development or talent management roles.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing successful OD initiatives.
- Advanced knowledge of change management methodologies and OD best practices.
- Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Prosci, SHRM, or similar OD-related credential is a plus.
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
