Responsibility
- Design and implement organizational development strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to enhance company culture and employee engagement.
- Develop and deliver leadership and talent development programs.
- Analyze diagnostic data to recommend actionable solutions for organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with senior leaders to drive process improvement and performance management systems.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute transformation projects and measure impact.
- Coach managers and teams on best practices in communication, collaboration, and growth.
- Stay current with industry trends to ensure cutting-edge OD practices are applied company-wide.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in organizational development or related HR discipline.
- Exceptional facilitation and consulting skills with diverse business units.
- Proven track record in designing and executing change management programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Certification in OD, coaching, or HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI, PROSCI) strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in cross-functional projects.
