Responsibility

  • Design and implement organization development strategies including organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Lead leadership development programs and coaching for executives and high‑potential talent.
  • Facilitate large‑scale change initiatives, measurement of impact, and OD analytics.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to optimize organizational structure and roles.
  • Drive culture initiatives, employee engagement, and inclusive leadership practices.
  • Develop succession planning, talent pipelines, and competency models.
  • Partner to design and deploy learning experiences aligned with strategic priorities.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years of OD or related HR experience with a proven track record delivering change and organizational design.
  • Strong facilitation and change management capabilities (Prosci or ADKAR a plus).
  • Data‑driven with experience in HR analytics, survey design, and dashboarding (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills; ability to influence at the executive level.
  • OD, SHRM, CPLP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment; industry experience is a plus.
