This role partners with executive leaders to design scalable organizational structures, accelerate leadership capability, and cultivate a high‑performance culture.
You will drive change initiatives, design and implement learning ecosystems, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure sustainable business results. Responsibility
- Design and implement organization development strategies including organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Lead leadership development programs and coaching for executives and high‑potential talent.
- Facilitate large‑scale change initiatives, measurement of impact, and OD analytics.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to optimize organizational structure and roles.
- Drive culture initiatives, employee engagement, and inclusive leadership practices.
- Develop succession planning, talent pipelines, and competency models.
- Partner to design and deploy learning experiences aligned with strategic priorities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of OD or related HR experience with a proven track record delivering change and organizational design.
- Strong facilitation and change management capabilities (Prosci or ADKAR a plus).
- Data‑driven with experience in HR analytics, survey design, and dashboarding (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills; ability to influence at the executive level.
- OD, SHRM, CPLP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment; industry experience is a plus.
