This role partners with the C-suite to design and implement scalable leadership development and organizational design programs that drive sustainable performance. Based in New York City, this position offers a hybrid work model and the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and internal teams.
As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will shape strategy, culture, and capability, ensuring alignment between people, processes, and business outcomes. You will lead high-impact initiatives, coach executive teams, and build scalable programs that support succession planning, governance, and inclusive leadership.
Key responsibilities and opportunities include working with cross-functional teams to execute change initiatives, optimize organizational structures, and establish measurement frameworks that demonstrate impact.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute the organization's strategic leadership initiatives to drive growth, culture, and operational excellence.
- Partner with executive leadership to design and implement leadership development programs across all levels.
- Lead organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and performance management strategies.
- Drive change management efforts during major initiatives, mergers, or restructures, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee governance, risk management, and ethical standards in line with the organization's mission.
- Coach, mentor, and empower senior leaders to enhance decision-making and collaboration.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organization Development, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8-12 years of progressive leadership experience in complex organizations; experience in organizational development or HR strategy required.
- Proven track record designing and scaling leadership development programs and succession planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to performance improvement; ability to translate insights into action.
- Experience leading organizational change, cultural transformation, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 20%).
