Schneider Innovations is seeking a results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our remote team in Metro Manila. This role focuses on qualifying B2B prospects, coordinating product sample send-outs, and working US business hours. A strong command of spoken English and a consultative sales mindset are essential to success.
As part of our sales organization, you will engage decision-makers at target businesses, uncover pain points, and guide prospects through the early stages of the buying journey. You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to convert interest into qualified opportunities, maintain meticulous records in our CRM, and consistently meet or exceed activity targets. This is a contract role with the flexibility of remote work and the opportunity for growth within a forward-thinking company.
What you can expect: a base salary of PHP 48,000 per month plus a performance-based bonus. You will work US business hours, so a reliable home office setup and strong command of English are essential. Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to US-based B2B prospects to qualify interest and identify decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted outreach sequences and messaging
- Coordinate sample send-outs and track fulfillment to nurture leads
- Log all activities and opportunities in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date pipeline visibility
- Schedule and coordinate demo or discovery calls and align with the sales team for next steps
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly activity targets, including call/connect metrics and conversion rates
- Provide timely follow-up, address objections, and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
- Offer feedback on messaging and market insights to improve lead quality
Qualification
- 1-3 years of outbound B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation
- Excellent spoken and written English with professional telephone etiquette
- Proven ability to work US hours from a remote location
- Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Self-motivated, coachable, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
- Comfort coordinating product samples and conveying product knowledge
