Responsibility
- Develop and execute proactive field sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow revenue in the Central Region and across Singapore.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by promoting StaffKing’s products/services to small-to-medium businesses and direct customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Plan and conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and product knowledge sessions at client sites.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, ops) to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer service.
- Document sales activities, manage CRM records, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to expand brand presence.
Qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of outdoor or field sales experience, preferably in Singapore.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently within a 5-day work week.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel within Singapore and visit client sites as needed.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office; capable of preparing proposals and reports.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong team collaboration.
- Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
