StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Outdoor Sales Executive to lead our Mooring Ropes initiative. In this field-based role, you will cultivate relationships with maritime clients, shipyards, ports, and industrial buyers across Singapore. You will be responsible for driving new business, maintaining existing accounts, and delivering tailored rope solutions that meet demanding marine and offshore applications. The position offers a monthly basic salary of up to SGD 5,000 plus allowances and a petrol reimbursement, with a variable bonus based on performance.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role based primarily from our South-area office, with regular travel to client sites in the Central Region and occasional trips to other regions. A valid driving license and own car are highly preferred to support on-site visits and timely service delivery.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute field sales plans for mooring ropes and related maritime products to target customers (ports, shipyards, shipping lines, installers, and trading houses) across Singapore.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities; convert leads into orders and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and field partners to maximize retention and growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations, on-site assessments, and technical consultations to tailor rope solutions to customer needs.
- Prepare competitive proposals, quotes, and negotiate terms to close sales, ensuring accurate pricing and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, product, and after-sales) to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to inform sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client visits to expand brand presence.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in sales, business, maritime studies, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record in field sales or B2B sales; experience in marine, industrial supplies, or rope products is a plus.
- Knowledge of mooring ropes, rigging, hawsers, and related maritime equipment.
- Valid driverβs license and own car; willingness to travel within Singapore.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment and meeting tight deadlines.
