Smarthire by SEEK is partnering with Kashkha to recruit an experienced Outdoor Sales Manager to join their ambitious team in Kuala Lumpur. This field-based role is ideal for a self-driven sales professional who thrives in dynamic retail and on-site environments.
As the Outdoor Sales Manager, you will own the end-to-end field sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship-building with retailers and distributors to closing deals and expanding the footprint of Kashkha’s distinctive products across Malaysia. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing local sales strategies that meet or exceed targets, organizing product demonstrations, and coordinating promotional events. Your ability to communicate compelling product knowledge, craft tailored offers, and respond quickly to market feedback will be key to your success.
In this role you will:
- Lead and manage outdoor sales activities in Kuala Lumpur and nearby regions, achieving monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts to secure shelf space and drive repeat business.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to design promotions, events, and in-store activations that resonate with local customers.
- Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and adjust tactics to sustain growth.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records; provide weekly reports on pipeline, activity, and results.
- Travel locally as required to visit partners, participate in trade shows, and represent Kashkha at events.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum 3 years of outdoor/field sales experience in Malaysia or a similar market.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office; willingness to travel.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel to client sites and events.
