Join StaffKing Pte Ltd as an Outdoor Senior Sales Executive in B2B bathroom and kitchen solutions. Based in Singapore's East Region, you will drive strategic sales with trade partners, builders, and interior designers to deliver high-value bathroom and kitchen projects. This field-based role combines consultative selling, solution design, and relationship management to help partners achieve their project goals while expanding StaffKing's market presence.

Key responsibilities include developing a strong B2B sales pipeline, conducting on-site product demonstrations, and delivering compelling proposals that address client needs. You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from inquiry to contract, negotiation, and post-sale support—ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor offerings, respond to RFQs, and provide feedback that informs product development and campaigns. In addition, you will represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and client visits, building lasting relationships that generate repeat business.

Responsibility

  • Develop and manage a robust B2B sales pipeline for bathroom and kitchen solutions across the East Region.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, interior designers, builders, and retailers to grow key accounts.
  • Conduct on-site product demonstrations and solution presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes from inquiry to contract, including negotiation and close, with strong post-sale support.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to tailor offerings, respond to RFQs, and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets; maintain accurate CRM data and reliable sales forecasting.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client visits to identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with logistics and installation teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualification

  • Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in home improvement, interior design, or bathroom/kitchen sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building durable client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; additional local languages are a plus.
  • Valid Class 3 driving license and willingness to travel within the East Region.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with strong problem-solving and customer-centric focus.
