Join Kebab Dara & Cokoteh as an Outlet Crew in Padang, West Sumatra. We are a fast-paced, customer-focused operation delivering delicious kebabs and snacks to our community. In this full-time role, you will be the friendly face of our outlet, delivering outstanding service, accurate order processing, and clean, welcoming environments.
As part of our team, you will engage with customers, explain menu options, take orders, and handle payments with accuracy. You will work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure orders are prepared to the highest standard, presented attractively, and delivered promptly. Responsibility
- Provide warm and friendly greetings to every customer, understand their needs, and recommend menu items.
- Operate the sales counter and POS system, ensuring accurate processing of cash, card, and mobile payments.
- Prepare and assemble kebabs and related items following recipes and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, dining area, and equipment to uphold high hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with receiving deliveries, and restock items as needed.
- Upsell additional items and promotions to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth outlet operations.
- Adhere to health, safety, and food-handling guidelines and report any issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service or food service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities; comfortable using a POS system.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and to carry items as needed.
- Team player with a positive attitude; ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in Indonesian; English is an advantage for customer interactions.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygienic practices is preferred.
