Responsibility
- Design innovative packaging systems for a wide range of consumer and industrial products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop prototypes and optimize packaging performance.
- Lead materials selection and source eco-friendly packaging solutions aligned with sustainability goals.
- Conduct packaging validation, testing, and quality assurance to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze and reduce packaging costs without compromising quality or brand image.
- Coordinate with suppliers and oversee packaging production timelines.
- Create detailed technical documentation and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in packaging engineering.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in packaging engineering or product design roles.
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of packaging materials, equipment, and sustainability best practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (ISTA, ASTM, ISO).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
