Blessindo is seeking a proactive Padel Field Technician & Operations Staff to join our Bandung team and support the day-to-day maintenance and operations of GGD Padel Airdome courts. This contract role focuses on delivering top-tier court conditions, safety, and guest experience for players and spectators.
As a key member of the operations crew, you will perform routine maintenance, assist with court setup and teardown, monitor equipment, and coordinate with other team members to ensure events run smoothly. You will be onsite, work closely with facility users, and take ownership of safety standards and cleanliness.

Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on padel courts, nets, surfaces, lighting, HVAC, and safety systems.
- Set up and break down courts for daily play, tournaments, and events; install and repair nets, posts, and signage.
- Inspect and ensure equipment safety, conduct basic electrical/mechanical checks, and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, cleaning supplies, and protective gear; order replacements as needed.
- Keep courts and facilities clean, properly labeled, and compliant with safety standards; report hazards promptly.
- Assist with on-site event operations, guest assistance, and coordination with partners and staff.
- Document maintenance activities, track issues, and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or carpentry tasks; willingness to learn more.
- Experience in sports facility maintenance or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely; comfortable with basic diagnostic tasks.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and good communication with team members and customers.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings or weekends if required by events.
