Job description

PT WAHANA INTI SELARAS is seeking a proactive Part Service Sales (PSS) to join our team in Ketapang, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will drive parts sales for agricultural equipment, guide customers on spare parts and maintenance kits, and deliver expert recommendations to help farmers maximize productivity.

As a PSS, you will be the face of our spare parts division, partnering with farmers, dealers, and service centers to understand needs, quote parts, coordinate shipments, and ensure on-time delivery. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to provide best-in-class support that keeps customers farming through peak seasons.

Responsibility

  • Drive and grow parts sales for agricultural equipment and spare parts within assigned territory.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, prepare quotes, and close sales with farmers, dealers, and service centers.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of spare parts, attachments, and maintenance kits to advise customers accurately.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers, conducting regular check-ins and after-sales follow-ups.
  • Process orders, coordinate with logistics, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue and customer value.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM, forecast sales, and report performance against targets.
  • Provide feedback to product and operations teams to improve parts availability and customer experience.

Qualification

  • 2+ years of experience in spare parts sales, retail, or agribusiness, or a strong customer-service background in related fields.
  • Solid knowledge of agricultural equipment and spare parts commonly used by farmers in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills in Indonesian; English is a plus.
  • Ability to understand technical product details and translate them into practical solutions for customers.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems; ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and ability to build trust with farmers and partners.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours as needed, especially during peak seasons.
  • Diploma or degree in business, agribusiness, agriculture, or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
