Join PT WAHANA INTI SELARAS as a Part Service Sales (PSS) and become a key driver of our agricultural parts business in Lampung. In this contract role, you will combine technical product knowledge with customer-focused selling to ensure our clients have the right parts for their farming equipment, maximize parts sales, and provide exceptional support to farmers and agribusinesses.

As a PSS, you will collaborate with service teams to understand customer needs, recommend appropriate spare parts and maintenance solutions, and manage inquiries from initial contact through delivery. This role requires a proactive salesperson with a strong understanding of agricultural machinery, irrigation systems, and farm equipment, as well as the ability to build long-term relationships with customers.

Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new parts sales opportunities within assigned agricultural customer segments.
  • Provide expert guidance on spare parts, accessories, and maintenance solutions for farm equipment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly, ensuring accurate parts recommendations and competitive pricing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and service technicians.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely order fulfillment and on-site support when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, quotes, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate parts replenishment, and minimize stockouts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while upholding high-quality customer service.

Qualification

  • Experience in agricultural parts sales, equipment aftermarket, or service support.
  • Strong knowledge of farm machinery, tractors, irrigation systems, and related spare parts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into effective parts solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic inventory management.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites within Lampung and surrounding areas.
  • Fluent in Indonesian; English skills are a plus for expanded customer engagement.
