What you will do:
- Prospect and qualify potential clients through calls, messages, and online channels.
- Explain insurance products clearly, including benefits, coverage, terms, and pricing.
- Assist clients with selecting appropriate plans and completing applications.
- Process policy documents accurately and maintain compliant records.
- Follow up with leads and provide timely responses to inquiries.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity and sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date customer data in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications we value:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or contact management tools.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new product knowledge.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required as training is provided.
