Key responsibilities and the environment:

You’ll manage inquiries via phone, chat, and email, record client details in the CRM, and ensure timely follow-ups. You’ll process simple applications and coordinate with the product and underwriting teams to deliver a smooth enrollment experience. Responsibility
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and present suitable coverage options
- Explain policy features, terms, benefits, and pricing in clear, non-technical language
- Follow up with leads via phone, chat, or email and convert inquiries into enrollments
- Process and document client applications accurately in the CRM system
- Coordinate with underwriting and product teams to ensure smooth policy issuance
- Maintain diligent records, meet daily/weekly targets, and deliver exceptional customer service
- Adhere to company standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset
- Ability to work independently with a disciplined, results-driven approach
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using CRM systems and online tools
- Willingness to learn about life, health, and other lines of insurance
