What you will do as a part-time agent: engage with potential clients via phone, chat, and email; assess their insurance needs; present suitable policies; guide applicants through enrollment; and coordinate with underwriters to complete applications. You will manage your own pipeline, track progress in our CRM, and maintain high standards of customer service. The role offers earnings between ₱10,000 and ₱15,000 per month, with additional incentives based on performance.

Responsibility
- Engage with prospective clients via phone, chat, and email to assess insurance needs.
- Explain policy features, benefits, costs, and eligibility to help clients select appropriate plans.
- Qualify leads, conduct needs analysis, and tailor recommendations accordingly.
- Manage a personal pipeline of prospects using the company CRM; track interactions and next steps.
- Process insurance applications and coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely approval.
- Provide timely follow-up, address questions, and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for outreach, applications, and conversions while adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and protect data privacy in all communications.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- No previous insurance experience required; a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Filipino is a plus.
- Comfort using a computer and smartphone; a reliable internet connection for remote work.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and self-motivation; able to work part-time with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude, customer-service orientation, and the ability to build trust with clients.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products is a plus but not required; comprehensive training provided.
