Responsibility
- Qualify leads and schedule consultations with prospective clients via phone and online channels.
- Assess client needs to recommend appropriate life, health, or property insurance products.
- Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, deductibles, and terms in clear, customer-friendly language.
- Process applications accurately and timely in the CRM; collect required documents from applicants.
- Follow up with prospects, answer questions, and handle objections to move opportunities forward.
- Coordinate with underwriters and support teams to expedite policy issuance and changes.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and protect client information at all times.
- Meet part-time targets, track activities, and report progress to a supervisor.
Qualification
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Filipino language skills are a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette and comfortable using video conferencing and chat tools.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work effectively from a home-based setup.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to product changes, and follow processes.
