Responsibility
- Officiate scheduled matches in accordance with league rules and applicable governing body guidelines.
- Enforce fouls, bookings, and penalties consistently to maintain fair play.
- Manage on-field communication with players, coaches, and other officials.
- Make quick, clear decisions and communicate them effectively to teams and spectators.
- Complete pre-match checks (equipment, field markings, safety protocols) and post-match reports.
- Collaborate with the officiating crew and event staff to ensure smooth match operations.
- Attend mandatory training sessions and stay current on rule changes.
Qualification
- Active referee certification for the sport and level you apply for (e.g., refereeing license or equivalent).
- Proven match officiating experience and strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent physical fitness and the ability to maintain focus for full match durations.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities.
- Reliable availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional midweek fixtures.
- Proficiency with digital reporting tools and basic match reporting.
