Premier Officiating Ltd is seeking experienced Part-Time Sports Referees to join our elite officiating team in London. You will officiate local league matches, academies, and charity events, upholding integrity, safety, and fair play.
As a part-time referee, you’ll receive flexible weekend and evening assignments, on-site support, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

Responsibility
- Officiate assigned matches in a fair and consistent manner, applying the laws of the game.
- Enforce match rules, timekeeping, and appropriate disciplinary actions when needed.
- Ensure player and spectator safety, manage dissent and maintain control on the field.
- Communicate decisions clearly to players, coaches, and event staff; manage on-field incidents calmly.
- Collaborate with league coordinators and refereeing team for pre-match briefings and post-match reports.
- Maintain accurate match notes and incident reports; submit evaluations as required.
- Represent the organization professionally, delivering a positive experience for clubs and participants.
Qualification
- Previous refereeing experience in football (soccer) or related sports; youth and adult leagues are welcome.
- Strong knowledge of the sport’s laws and interpretation; ability to apply them consistently.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Good physical fitness and steady pacing to cover match duration; ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings; comfortable with part-time scheduling.
- Ability to submit clear, timely match reports and communicate feedback constructively.
