As a Referee, you’ll officiate matches across local leagues, ensure rules are enforced, and collaborate with assistants and league coordinators to deliver first-class officiating experiences.

Responsibility
- Officiate assigned matches in accordance with league rules and safety standards.
- Communicate decisions clearly to players, coaches, and match officials.
- Maintain optimal fitness to sustain high performance throughout each game.
- Record match events, incidents, and disciplinary actions for accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with assistant referees and data/tech staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Attend pre-match briefings and post-match reviews to improve officiating quality.
- Uphold sportsmanship and fair play, handling conflicts professionally.
Qualification
- Current certification from a recognized governing body (for example FA Referee, RFU, or equivalent).
- Proven experience officiating at local leagues or higher.
- Excellent physical fitness and endurance to manage full-length games.
- Strong decision-making, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage in-game incidents calmly and impartially.
- Full clean DBS/Background check or equivalent (as required by league).
- Access to reliable transportation or willingness to travel between venues.
