Orlando Heritage Tours is seeking a personable and knowledgeable Part-Time Tour Guide to join our team. You will lead engaging walking and bus-based tours, share stories about Orlando's history, culture, and local secrets, and ensure every guest leaves with memorable experiences.

Responsibility
- Lead entertaining and informative tours for groups of up to 15 guests
- Research and verify facts about local history, culture, and attractions
- Deliver dynamic, engaging narration with clear pronunciation
- Manage guest safety, crowd control, and inclusivity
- Coordinate logistics with operations team and vendors
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and collect feedback
- Maintain tour equipment, materials, and schedules
- Assist in sales of add-on experiences and merchandise
Qualification
- Excellent public speaking and storytelling skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) a plus
- Knowledge of Orlando's history, culture, and attractions is a plus
- Outgoing, customer-service oriented, with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and variable hours
- First aid/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation to meeting points
- Clear background check and eligible to work in the U.S.
