This role includes leading small and large groups, interpreting historic sites, and delivering memorable experiences that showcase Lisbon’s culture and cuisine.

Responsibility
- Lead engaging, informative walking tours across Lisbon neighborhoods and iconic landmarks.
- Deliver accurate historical context, cultural insights, and practical travel tips.
- Manage tour logistics, including grouping, timing, and safety considerations.
- Provide personable customer service and respond to guest inquiries with professionalism.
- Coordinate with local partners and vendors to ensure seamless experiences.
- Adapt tours for diverse groups, weather conditions, and accessibility needs.
- Document feedback and help improve tour offerings based on guest insights.
Qualification
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Portuguese, Spanish, French) are a plus.
- Excellent public speaking and storytelling skills with a warm, engaging presence.
- Strong knowledge of Lisbon’s history, culture, and neighborhoods.
- Previous tour guiding or hospitality experience preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt tours for different group sizes and weather conditions.
- Valid work permit for Portugal and eligibility to work in the EU.
- First-aid certification is a plus.
